The seminar brought together labor protection engineers, chairpersons of trade union organizations, and industry specialists working in ministries, agencies, and organizations in Tashkent city that are members of the отраслевой trade union system. Current issues related to occupational safety were thoroughly discussed during the event.

During the seminar, participants received practical explanations regarding the essence of newly adopted regulatory and legal documents, the creation of safe and decent working conditions, as well as the prevention of workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

In addition, participants exchanged views and experiences on maintaining labor protection documentation, providing employees with special clothing and personal protective equipment, assessing working conditions, and early identification of risk factors through modern approaches.

It was especially emphasized during the event that labor protection is not only a legal requirement, but also an important social responsibility aimed at protecting human life and health.

The main purpose of the seminar is to improve the culture of labor protection in sector organizations, strengthen the knowledge and practical skills of responsible employees, and further enhance a safe working environment through the effective implementation of legislation in this field.

Participants noted that strengthening cooperation in the field of labor protection, widely introducing modern practices, and reliably protecting employees’ interests are among the important directions of the development of New Uzbekistan.
