Subsequently, within the framework of the concept “New Uzbekistan – New Trade Unions,” participants exchanged views on issues related to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector, the effective use of human potential, and the proper allocation of labor resources.
Particular emphasis was placed on strengthening cooperation with sectoral trade unions, expanding social dialogue, and enhancing transparency in the field.
During the event, Deputy Chairman of the Union Husan Begmatov provided comprehensive information on the reforms being implemented within the trade union system, mechanisms for protecting workers’ rights, and priority areas aimed at developing social partnership in the agricultural sector.
